Bivan’s extensive industry experience inspired him to innovate. Recognizing gaps in top-tier establishments, he envisioned a brand offering exceptional service combined with innovative, guest-centric approaches. In 2010, he launched Ilara Hotels and Spa, aiming to provide luxurious yet accessible experiences through personalized interactions and cutting-edge amenities.
Founding of Ilara Hotels and Spa:
With his wife and co-founder, Goshmi Seth, Bivan meticulously planned and launched Ilara Hotels and Spa. Their shared passion for hospitality drove them to create a distinct brand focused on personalized service, advanced amenities, and a warm atmosphere.
